Canford Centenary Celebrations

As part of the Canford Centenary celebrations, Daneshill were invited to enter their Art Competition. The brief was to show ‘childhood over the last 100 years’. The Daneshill Photography Club entered and we are delighted to announce that they are winners of the competition. Nicola Will, the Head of Art at Canford praised the girls on their “detailed and high quality entry” and their “excellent interpretation of the brief.” They have been rewarded with tickets to a workshop at the V&A in London and they are invited to see their work showcased at Canford in the Autumn Term. if you would like to see it for yourself, the prints will be on display in the old dining room on sports day so please come and take a look.
